This National Wellness Month: Wellness Isn’t Something You Do It’s Something You Remember

Somewhere along the way, “wellness” became a checklist.

  • Eat the right foods.
  • Exercise three times a week.
  • Meditate daily.
  • Sleep eight hours.

But what if wellness isn’t something we accomplish? What if it’s something we already are something we forgot and are now remembering?

This August, during National Wellness Month, we invite you to step away from the lists and trends, and reconnect with the deeper nature of well-being.

Wellness as a Natural State
